Lillyzzz Resort operates as an eco-friendly resort providing accommodation, activities, and event facilities.
These terms govern all bookings, payments, and guest interactions made through our website, phone, or authorized partners.
2. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Bookings can be made online through our website or via direct contact with our reservation team.
- Guests are requested to provide accurate information (name, contact number, email, and dates).
- A confirmation email or WhatsApp message will be sent after successful booking and payment.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices mentioned on our website are per person, per package, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments must be made through the secure gateways provided on our website.
- We reserve the right to modify prices or package inclusions without prior notice.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is designed to be simple and fair:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date: Eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: No refund will be issued.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations: Non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used during booking.
5. Check-In & Check-Out
- Day Packages: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Night Stay Packages: 12:00 PM check-in to 12:00 PM next day
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
6. Guest Conduct & Safety
- Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other visitors.
- The resort is a family-friendly property; any illegal or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Lillyzzz Resort will not be liable for loss or theft.
- Adventure activities (zipline, rope course, ATV, etc.) are undertaken at your own risk. Safety gear must be worn as instructed.
7. Activities & Services
- All listed activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
- Paid activities (such as the bowling machine or ATV rides) must be booked at the resort desk.
- Management reserves the right to modify or cancel any activity for safety or operational reasons.
8. Event & Group Bookings
For weddings, corporate outings, or special events, customized packages will be shared upon request.
Advance booking and partial payment are required to secure the date.
Final payment must be made before the event start.
9. Liability Disclaimer
While we take utmost care to ensure a safe environment, Lillyzzz Resort is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or personal property damage that may occur during your visit.
Guests participate in activities at their own discretion.
10. Changes or Termination
Lillyzzz Resort reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated “Effective Date.”
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
