This Refund and Returns Policy outlines how refunds are handled for bookings, cancellations, and payments made through our website www.lillyzzzresort.com.


1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings made through our website, WhatsApp, or phone are confirmed only after successful payment.
You will receive an email or WhatsApp message containing your booking details, package information, and check-in date.


2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. To make it fair for both guests and our operations, we follow a clear cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date:
    ✅ Eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in:
    ❌ No refund will be issued, as arrangements and preparations will have already been made.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations:
    ❌ The full amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be processed.

3. Refund Process

If your cancellation qualifies for a refund:

  • The refund will be processed within 3 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method used during booking.
  • You will receive an email or message confirmation once the refund is initiated.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–5 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Event & Group Bookings

For weddings, corporate events, or large group bookings, separate cancellation terms may apply.
Refund eligibility will be communicated at the time of booking, based on the package and event scale.


5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Guests failing to show up on the booking date (no-shows).
  • Unused portions of the package (e.g., missed meals or activities).
  • Early check-out or voluntary cancellations after arrival.
  • Weather-related interruptions (for outdoor activities) beyond our control.

6. Activity Cancellations

In rare cases where Lillyzzz Resort must cancel an activity or booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as maintenance, weather, or government restrictions),
guests will be offered either:

  • An alternate booking date, or
  • A full refund for the cancelled portion.
